thrill Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Filipino Players

By accessing the thrill platform at thrill.vu, downloading the thrill app, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register or use the platform.

thrill operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process for all accounts. KYC verification is mandatory and must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. thrill reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during your use of the platform.

Standard KYC documentation includes a valid, government-issued photo ID such as a Philippine passport, SSS card, PhilHealth ID, UMID, voter's ID, or driver's licence. Additional documentation may be requested if there are concerns about identity, age, or the source of funds in your account.

Accounts where KYC verification cannot be completed to thrill's satisfaction may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until the verification matter is resolved. thrill is not liable for delays to withdrawals caused by a player's failure to complete KYC on time.

All deposits to your thrill account must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP) through approved Philippine banking and payment channels. Approved funding methods include local bank transfers (including InstaPay and PESONet channels) and Philippine-registered e-wallets.

The following are explicitly not accepted as deposit methods on thrill:

• Credit cards or debit cards of any kind
• Cryptocurrency or digital assets of any type
• International wire transfers or foreign currency transfers
• Payments made from accounts not registered in your own name

Deposits made from third-party accounts — meaning accounts belonging to someone other than the registered thrill account holder — will be reversed and may trigger a security review of your account. thrill reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds deposited into your account.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set per payment channel and are displayed during the deposit process. These limits may change at thrill's discretion and the current limits are always shown in your account dashboard.

Withdrawals from your thrill balance are processed in PHP to your verified Philippine bank account or registered e-wallet. You may only withdraw to a payment method that is registered in your own name and matches the verified identity on your thrill account.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• KYC identity verification must be fully completed before a withdrawal is released.
• OTP (one-time password) verification is required to authorise each withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may take time to process. Processing times vary depending on the payment channel selected.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are set per channel and displayed during the withdrawal process.
• thrill reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms.

The following conduct is prohibited across all game types on thrill:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with games outside of normal manual gameplay
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings resulting from a technical fault are void
• Colluding with other players or sharing account access to manipulate game outcomes

General rules that apply to all bonuses and promotions on thrill unless otherwise specified include:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only — eligibility criteria are defined per promotion
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash

thrill is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from bets placed on the platform, regardless of technical or human error
• Losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side during a gaming session
• Losses caused by third-party payment delays outside of thrill's direct control
• Decisions made by live dealers or game servers during a session where the session completed without a recorded technical fault

thrill's maximum liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of connected events is limited to the net deposit amount held in the player's account at the time of the event, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, thrill will endeavour to notify registered players through the platform or by email.

Your continued use of thrill after any update to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with an update, you must stop using the platform and may close your account.
